About me
Graduate of Paris Dauphine University with a degree in management and a master in Banks and finances, Clara de Bienassis has been working in the banking sector in risk and credit analysis, before deciding to turn to the third sector. Before doing consultancy, her experience includes working in NGOs, especially on microfinance and planning issues in France (PlaNetFinance) and in Ecuador (Heifer International), and in the Caisse d’Epargne Group, on philanthropy and corporate social responsibility strategy. At Stone Soup Consulting, she supports social organisations in their selection and monitoring processes, as well as in their social impact evaluations. She also works on strategy issues (benchmarking study, revision of internal processes) and organisational strengthening. Clara de Bienassis is a partner in Stone Soup Consulting. She is French and lives in Madrid.

Prior to joining AVPA, I headed Sheafam & Tam Limited a management consultancy firm I founded specializing in strategic planning, business process management, change management, human resources and talent management for both non and for-profit organisations in the US and Nigeria. I was the President of Social Venture Partners Delaware (SVPD) and served as consultant for 10 years to the largest grantmaking association in the US, the Council of Michigan Foundations.
