A recent Dalberg report found that organizations that supported entrepreneurs through peer learning created jobs at one-fifth of the cost of other entrepreneurship interventions. In fact, several reports and studies have indicated that peer learning might be the most cost-effective way to support entrepreneurs, but proactively creating a peer group that inspires trust and groups entrepreneurs at the same stage is not as simple as it sounds. In this session, participants will discuss best practices for fostering peer learning among entrepreneurs and share failures and lessons learned along the way. The conversation will be guided by Peter Righi and Jovan Madjovski of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED). Peter and Jovan will discuss how CEED has replicated peer learning across its centers and share pitfalls to avoid.
