Leo works on the investments team at Nesta, the UK's innovation foundation. The investment team functions as an in-house impact VC, investing in early stage businesses that offer sustainable growth and impact potential. Nesta invests primarily in Education, Health and Government Innovation. Leo is also involved in work looking at the investments, and investment policy of Nesta's £450 million endowment fund.
