There have been over 100 SIBs programs launched globally with varying degree of impact. Stakeholders engage in this idea despite significant technical burdens and offer it as an ideology-free response to a whole range of social problems. Are the SIBs as mechanism over-estimated? Maybe it is the approach of welfare service delivery that is really revolutionary? The session will challenge SIB as an approach more than the technical side of it.
